Great charger makes a total

Last week was very hopeful about the future of electric cars. First of Nissan announced that work on a new charger that will allow charging it for 10 min. And then came news of a universal plug for recharging.

Over the idea of ​​a common charger have joined the seven biggest automakers in the world, Audi, BMW, Daimler, Ford, General Motors, Porsche and Volkswagen, as it has already received approval from all of them.

The overall project is called HomePlug Green Phy, including the same plug for all electric and general communication system between the vehicles available for refueling.

The decision of the seven companies is crucial as it will allow to be created faster and with significantly less funds a network of charging stations in the Euro and the U.S. have a single standard.
